RUDE!!! I recently purchased a home and needed some of the electrical issues fixed which came up in the inspection report. Explained that to the man that answered the phone (assuming it was the owner) and he interrupted me and said "I don't get involved in real estate deals." I explained that we are no longer in a real estate deal and that I also wanted to get a quote on a kitchen remodel. He interrupted again and said "You obviously can't hear me. I. AM. NOT. INTERESTED. Highly recommend, the very BEST electrical service I have ever used! Annie was super nice, make my appointment, called to remind me the day before. Todd did my work, showed up on time and took care of two problems, he is very professional, very kind and polite. I will always call 4 Seasons Electrical to do my work. I have used 4 Seasons for the 14 yrs. we have been here & I am one very satisfied customer. They have always gotten to me right away & Todd Copeland is the best of the best & is so knowledgeable. John has been to our home to discuss a job & was very nice & offered solutions to our needs.

I concur with all the people that have said the owner John is very rude. I just had an awful experience with him myself during an estimate that he walked out on the middle of because I mistakenly thought I had less outlets in a room then there actually was. I'm shocked at how he handled himself and even more shocked he is still in business.

This company would receive no stars from me but that was not an option, so I had to give at least one. Can not believe the way I was just spoken to by the owner John. Very rude and unprofessional. I would never recommend them to anyone I know. I am surprised he is still in business with the way he treats people. Please let all these other negative reviews give you a clearer picture of the professionalism that is seriously lacking from the owner.

The customer service from the owner was the worst ever. He was very unprofessional and rude. I was treated poorly from the very beginning. I personally would not ever suggest this company to anyone who needs help. All I was looking for is an estimate and they refused to do it and was extremely rude over the phone. Please look at any other company before going with this place.

We hired John and his crew for a rewire in our home. They were amazing! Very helpful and friendly. Finished a day early and were very informative as to what they were going to do each day. If we had gone with anyone else I know we would have been dissapointed. Thank you!!

I am the owner of a conveyor company in Memphis, Tn and a contractor for FedEx with jobs all over the US. I have a job coming up in March and called 4 Seasons Electrical Contractors to get an estimate on this 2 phase weekend project. I did not get the name of the guy who answered the phone, but he was rude and very unprofessional. He told me that they DO NOT work on Friday evenings or weekends except for emergencies, then they charge 115.00 per hr in those cases and make enough money during the week that they don't have to w... read more

Very rude service call. I will not call them again, and do not recommend them. John, the owner, really dropped the ball.
