This has to be on one of the worst car washes around Liverpool. I went a few weeks ago and I got charged for a bundle and could not use it. Today, my bf and I go to get a car wash. The machine gladly takes his payment. The wash starts, it goes around my suv once then the door opens. The arrow flashes pull forward. I also, did not realize this happened earlier in the year to another family member. The appearance of the building / equipment leaves a lot to be desired. I will give the owner credit for responding.
I used the self wash bay to Clean my car mats. The sign says $5 for the first 5 min. I stopped well before 5 min and got charged double ! In addition my credit card magically received a fraud alert the day after using for charges in NYC. Never had this happen! Be aware of credit card swiping !
This is a terrible place to get a car wash. I went to wash my car off for the first time and it hit the tire on the back of my car and stopped the wash completely when my car was full of soap. I called the company 10x and no one ever called me back. I paid for NOTHING!!!!
