Great service - very professional and knowledgeable. Found a missing device in my pool equipment and promptly offered a solution!
This is regarding maintenance program only. Signed up for weekly. They came weekly. You don’t know when they are coming (ok), they don’t let you know when they are there (ok) and then no matter what the charges are based on their findings they don’t review or ask, just start charging credit card. This past months charge was over $400 (my plan is much lower than that). No invoices ever sent. No receipts. Just not the communication (zero to be exact) that I would prefer. We had an opening hot tub service with 4 season Pool and Spa. They tried hard to book the service to accomodate our busy daily schedule. Absolutely great experience with Ryan, who not just cleaned, drained water and made everything ready to enjoy the spa, but also explained how to maintain it and so on. He was extremely efficient and professional. I would recommend this company without any doubts.
4Pools are amazing. Everyone genuinely wants to help you, no matter how often you go in. THEY are the reason that I can finally use the pool and float. Thank you Donna and EVERYONE at 4Pools Stittsville!
