I have been coming here for many years. I also recommended many people to this facility. The last few times I felt very uncomfortable regarding the tip. I try to tip as much as I can usually 15-20% You can hear in their tone as they speak to each other -they do not speak English when talking to each other-when they are not happy with the tip. Multiple people were on their cell phones talking really loudly. Not a relaxing or enjoyable environment but the pedicure was good. Probably wouldnt go back.
No complaints on the nail techs. My only issue is the pressure they make you feel when it comes to giving a tip. I usually give atleast the minimum of 15% of the job thats done. For a gel manicure they charge $30. Sometimes I give $5 sometimes I give $10. I went in and gave a $5 tip and while I was walking out the door, the person who did my nails called me cheap. Not sure if I should feel insulted or embarrassed either way I feel uncomfortable and I won’t be going back again.
