4 Sanchez Pool Plastering, LLC was used in applying Pebble Tec to my pool. The pool builder was LMR Pools. Upon completing the Pebble Tec installation to the pool, a water leak was discovered with 100's of gallons of water leaking thru a hole at the spa drain. The spa drain was not properly sealed when the Pebble Tec was applied around the spa drain. LMR had the plumber complete pressure tests of the pipes and the leak was not in the plumbing.
