I would avoid dealing with this company if at all possible. They will see to it that you get none of your deposit back regardless of how well the house is cleaned and the yard is maintained. Additionally, they will charge you hundreds of dollars for "repairs" to appliances that are 20 years old and should be replaced anyway. They are not honest or considerate of their tenants.
I’ve had a wonderful experience with this company. They are knowledgeable and very helpful. Responds almost immediately when I contact them. I cannot say enough good about them! I have contacted them numerous times with numerous questions and they respond right away with a wonderful attitude. Keep up the good work!
