Absolutely garbage management company. Bad customer services, slow or even no responses, expensive HOA fees but properties are not that well maintained for the money spent
I just learned this company has raised my condo complex's HOA by 20% next year. This was after 20% increase in 2019 when there was new ownership from this management company. This condo already has the most expensive HOA in the Mira Mesa area compared to nearby and comparable condo complexes and with a 20% increase, it will be substantially higher if other condo complexes do not raise theirs.
