The technician Casey was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Highly recommend him and 4 Points as a service provider
4 Points comes out & checks everything on the furnace & AC. He spends an hour or today it was more like 2 hours because he said something was wrong with the flame(?). I’m not sure about that, but he fixed it. The best thing is they come out & everything is covered, I pay a small fee monthly & I can call them anytime for free & today was free. It’s a great service. They always remember to call me to make an appointment too.
