Posting on behalf of their client who doesn't have google: This is for the old owners Daryl & Carolyn: Once you've completed the payments. You become a nobody to them. Their client is trying to get them to make sure they report to this one creditor reporting miss payments for 3 years. Do you think they'll call or respond back? Nope. Heck we even left a voice mail saying we will happily contact the creditor on THEIR behalf by sending documents. Crickets.
