We have used 4 paws for years and I am finally DONE with them! I called for 2 weeks straight in July just for Maverick to get his vaccinations. Every morning asking for any cancellations so I was forced to take him to another facility. I thought they kept appointments open for emergencies??!!!! Here I am again. Poor Maverick has kennel cough confirmed by the place I boarded him and No appointments available because they close is 20min!!!!! Seriously??????? They will see him on Monday, NO THANKS. Vet is uncaring. I wasn't happy the first time with her, but we had an emergency and had to go back to her. Told us dog had no blockage. Took him to 5 Points and right away the doctor felt blockage. Peach Pit! Did surgery and saved our dog. They saved my dog, 5 Points is our new place...I was warned not to go to 4 Paws, should have listened.
I have 7 rescue Chihuahuas and have been going to 4 Paws for years through good times & bad. I highly recommend them. It’s extremely important to have a caring & knowledgeable team taking care of your fur babies!
We just transferred to 4 paws because it was closer to our house. They are so passionate and truly have the pets best care in interest. I am very impressed with the passion, bedside manor, and care for my pet and family. Thank you!
