I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I called for emergency visit for a very sick puppy on a Sunday morning and was greeted with care and concern for my dog. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I was pleased that they were able to answer all of my questions. I left feeling very informed about pet care. She always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
