The staff is friendly, but make sure your animal is perfectly behaved because they will label them aggressive for barking at them when they do a fecal exam. God forbid, don't muzzle them to try and keep them from being vocal because they just assume it is because you are afraid they will bite them. The dog they labeled as aggressive is the sweetest and most social dog that I have.
