I recently went in for a Regular Manicure and Pedicure with Lorena, and she did an incredible job, so Professional and attentive! I absolutely Loved My Experience. Inconsistent pricing, poor communication, poor scheduling, very rude lady at the front desk and "nasty" attitude. Horrible customer service. Front desk was rude to myself and the nail tech. Prior to moving here I had a consistent "go to" spot for my nails. Not worth spending $200 for gel x and a pedicure, I wont support a business with rude management or inconsistent pricing. Can't speak for the hair salon because I didn’t try it.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience warrants one. The first time I visited, there was a long wait and the prices were already high. I chose to stay only because I try to give establishments grace, and I will say the ambiance is pretty. Unfortunately, that is where the positives end. The customer service, excessive cost of products, and overall disrespect are intolerable. Prior to arriving, I had a direct agreement with the nail technician via Instagram to do my nails. My visit to this salon was honestly one of the worst service experiences I’ve had. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a customer. Communication was poor, no one seemed willing to answer simple questions, and the overall attitude felt dismissive. I walked out unhappy and stressed instead of relaxed. I hope they seriously improve their customer service, because right now I cannot recommend this salon.
