Inconsistent pricing, poor communication, poor scheduling, very rude lady at the front desk and "nasty" attitude. Horrible customer service. Front desk was rude to myself and the nail tech. Prior to moving here I had a consistent "go to" spot for my nails. Not worth spending $200 for gel x and a pedicure, I wont support a business with rude management or inconsistent pricing. Can't speak for the hair salon because I didn’t try it.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience warrants one. The first time I visited, there was a long wait and the prices were already high. I chose to stay only because I try to give establishments grace, and I will say the ambiance is pretty. Unfortunately, that is where the positives end. My visit to this salon was honestly one of the worst service experiences I’ve had. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a customer. Communication was poor, no one seemed willing to answer simple questions, and the overall attitude felt dismissive. I walked out unhappy and stressed instead of relaxed. I hope they seriously improve their customer service, because right now I cannot recommend this salon.

Melissa consistently delivers an exceptional service! She takes great care of my nails and has successfully helped me grow them out using builder gel. Her meticulous attention to detail and ability to bring my vision to life is truly remarkable. She is simply the best! 💝
