Dawn and Kristy are always professional and knowledgeable. I love their ideas and suggestions on places to visit, considering all budgets, and really asking questions as to what exactly you are looking for in your vacation. We just returned from a cruise they planned, and it was awesome. They made sure that even the little things were taken care of and addressed and special occasions were recognized. Thank you ladies for recommending trip insurance. Assured peace of mind. We will be using 4 Moons again very soon!
Christie helped us plan our 10th Wedding Anniversary trip to Hawaii which is where we honeymooned. We weren't sure exactly where we wanted to go and what to see. She was extremely helpful in coming up with new ideas, hotel/package options, and flights that stayed within our budget and timeline. I really love booking my vacays with them!! They booked our honeymoon which was a cruise n now they've booked our vacayannivesary trip which is "special" to us for many reasons. And this trip is one off my "bucket list"... #Hawaii!!
I have booked with Dawn a few times before in the past and was very pleased. So as I began planning my 50th birthday trip, I reached out to her and she jumped right on it. Looking forward to traveling through 4 Moons Travel again.
I reached out for info on trips and had one email exchange back and forth, then never heard from Dawn again. Even after an email follow up I still heard nothing. They must not want business too bad. If a simple inquiry can't be answered, I definitely would not trust them with booking my trip!
We went in for the first time today and met with Dawn she was very knowledgeable, and professional. The rates for our trip were amazing. We will definitely be using 4 moons for any future trips. ;)
