Sam Germany took $34K to order windows and is nowhere to be found to finish the work. Do not use him. Warning!! He is not professional and should be avoided. Now, I have to take him to court.
We are very pleased with the work done with 4 Lakes Restoration. The contractors that they worked with were very professional, friendly, clean and prompt. Sam and Beau worked with us all down the line from picking the colors of shingles and windows to keeping us informed of timelines. When we had questions, they either knew the answer or researched it and informed us about the results. We couldn't be happier with the finished product and our choice of 4 Lakes Restoration.
