Booked a date for a visit which was after their holidays. On the day in question, we waited in but nobody turned up. Rang them and was told the message had not been passed on, however they would come the following day. As before, waited in but nobody came. No courtesy phone call either to explain / apologise. Very unprofessional, clearly not interested in business opportunity.
