My absolute favorite caterer in all the land!! Darla’s food is the absolute best!! And let’s be honest, what do people remember most about your events? THE FOOD!! And trust me, they will leave happy they got to celebrate with you and with happy bellies. Darla is an angel! She is very detailed oriented. And knows how to make everything taste delicious! You will LOVE using her for all your events.
I planned my daughter's wedding from across the country and Darla was wonderful to work with. When looking for a caterer, 4 Forks stood out to me because along with being delicious, their food and displays are also colorful and beautifully laid out. Darla was amazing to work with, as was her lovely staff and even her husband. He was there scooping the gelato and making friends with my awesome (as described by the staff!) grandchildren. ;) The food was fresh, delicious and beautifully presented. I appreciated Darla's attention to detail, and felt like all went very well with both the luncheon and the reception that followed. Thanks to 4 Forks Catering for a wonderfully relaxing and enjoyable wedding day for my son!
All of our wedding guests raved about the food. Dinner and desserts were delicious. Highly recommend the caramel ice cream and Oreo cookies. Darla was wonderful to work with and her staff were all wonderful and professional. Would recommend to anyone catering an event.
A little bit frustrating to work with but good food.
