I recently moved out of four farms because I needed to be in a different area however, I truly enjoyed leasing with them! I never had any issues and the community is very quiet and conveniently located to grocery stores and the highway. The front office is always helpful with anything that you might need, maintenance is always very prompt and I’m still missing that big pool area!! Relocating from Miami, 4 Farms team made the unit finding process smooth and seamless. Thank you so much for the communication through the process and ensuring we had a key on hand available upon arrival. Lastly, 4 Farms is a lovely apartment complex.
I toured this complex a few weeks ago and overall had a positive impression of the property itself. The neighborhood felt quiet and safe, and the grounds were well-maintained. The apartment I viewed was very nice inside—modern, clean, and well-designed. However, my experience with management has been disappointing.
