This place was terrible. To start, my little cousin wanted a kids’ cat-eye manicure and pedicure. I asked how much it would cost, and the lady told me it was $15 for each service, which seemed reasonable. However, instead of giving my cousin the pink cat-eye she asked for, they did purple. My aunt also asked for a cat-eye no-chip manicure and showed an inspiration picture with the exact shape and color she wanted. The final result looked nothing like the picture. Love this place Everyone is so nice and their work is amazing!
every time i come here i’m reminded why i don’t come here. the workers barely speak English or it’s hard to understand them. they don’t tell you about the price increase of their services. $70 for a no chip pedicure is insane. the most ive paid for a no chip french tip pedi is $55. save your money and don’t come here.
When they first opened.. they gave great pedicures. Not anymore, not sure if the people are trained correctly. The staff turn around is crazy, limited workers and new staff every time I go there.
I called ahead and was told there would be no wait, but we ended up waiting 2 hours with no updates. Had we known, we would have left. The technician was rough while filing my daughter’s nails, and when she said it hurt, he responded, “you have baby hands,” which was unprofessional. She chose a pink polish that turned out peach, and instead of fixing it, he blamed the manufacturer.
