Horrible experience. My landlord is the one who had most of the damages including they are the ones with the claim (I’m next door to them and had minor damages from the snow on the roof). I have made it very clear to the company to give notice to my landlord of at least 24hrs notice to be relayed onto me so I can make proper arrangements to NOT be here when the repair men have to be here from 4Elements. "Mom, the ceiling in the basement is caving in"! We had a water leak from out attic all the way through to our basement. From the moment 4 Elements arrived we were immediately put at ease that all would be resolved.
