Now that I have officially lost my eviction case, I have no issues finally speaking my truth about the property management company I work and live at, 4 Degrees Real Estate. I would give zero starts if I could. 4 Degrees is a predatory scam of a rental company, and they will steal as much of your money as they think they can get away with, through whatever fraudulent means they can. We rented a property for four years, during which the management changed several times. 4 Degrees was our current management company when we moved out in July of 2022. Henry Austin was great at helping us find the house we were looking for! He is so easy to work with and always available to go look at new listings. In this market you need someone who is willing to make it happen and Hank is that guy! I will always go to him for my home buying and selling needs.

They were helpful during the application process. Unfortunately, once under contract, they've dropped the ball on a couple of occasions due to the lack of administrative follow up, and now I'm stuck with a $300+ bill with zero effort to make it right.

I want to like this company, but overall I have not been impressed with customer service and overall interaction with staff. When I moved out of the apartment that was managed by 4 degrees I called them to ensure I would get my full deposit back as I had signed this agreement with previous management team before they took over the property. They assured me that if I cleaned everything I would get my deposit back, but when I got the check they had charged me $274.
