Worst customer service ever. I recently had an Internet outage for 3 days over a weekend. I had to call each day to check in since I was told it should be back by end of day and never was. Finally on Sunday a great technician was able to resolve my issue. I cannot emphasize enough how great he was. Very polite and empathetic. I called customer service the next day for a refund for days with no service. The 2 reps -Donna and Katelyn- I spoke with were terrible. Best service provider around always a fast response when an issue occurs always friendly and knowledgeable the linemen go above and beyond i can’t say enough good things about 4 county
Canceled service over 30 days ago and still havent received the remainder of my security deposit and customer service is of no help at all. I guess they hope you forget so they don’t have to pay it out.
