Canceled service over 30 days ago and still havent received the remainder of my security deposit and customer service is of no help at all. I guess they hope you forget so they don’t have to pay it out.

Every time I call to speak to someone in customer service, they are rude and dismissive and say a lot of words without actually explaining or addressing the problem. I swear I’m being ripped off on my account but have no way to get actual help. For example, the lady in customer service claims I received an almost $40 credit to my account and I tell her it does not show on my end to which she replies it’s not going to but don’t you see on your balance it increased from that day to the next?
