4County Electric Power came through two times during winter storm Fern. Our first power outage happened about 11:30PM Friday evening as the wind blew the rain pelted down and iceciles swayed from the powerlines We left a notice on the phone and power was restored within an hour. It stayed on without interruption until about 3AM Tuesday. A transformer blew. Again we called and 4County had power back on before 1PM Tuesday afternoon. Thank you 4 County and Vickers Tree Removal. Very professional, polite and above board. Both were sensitive to Fence, plants & other small saplings that were planted. Mess was cleaned up & hauled off.
Worst customer service ever. I recently had an Internet outage for 3 days over a weekend. I had to call each day to check in since I was told it should be back by end of day and never was. Finally on Sunday a great technician was able to resolve my issue. I cannot emphasize enough how great he was. Very polite and empathetic. I called customer service the next day for a refund for days with no service. The 2 reps -Donna and Katelyn- I spoke with were terrible.
