I have been at rock creek for years and before 4 corners and Teton HOA took over, it was a nightmare. These guys have turned everything around for the BETTER. If you lived at rock creek you understand. 4 corners is wonderful to rent through and Teton HOA has been a blessing. My wife and I finally feel like we have property managers that listen to our concerns and make things happen. I honestly don’t understand all the bad reviews. 4 corners has been amazing to work with. I have rented with them for years and Andrea is always going above and beyond. Maintenance has been amazing, and Mercedes is wonderful at answering questions or concerns I have. I have even switched from place to place a few times but always make sure I’m renting through this company. As long as you follow their checkout guide you will get your deposit back. I’ve rented from 4 corners for a few years Mercedes and Andrea have always been amazing to work with!
Worst management to rent with. They are an absolute scam of a renters agency! Avoid them at all cost!! They charged us $400 for a cleaning fee when we moved out. I SCRUBBED the crap out of our apartment and worked on getting it cleaned for weeks before we moved out. Even have a video of our apartment completely cleaned out. Not to mention our apartment was in much better condition when we moved out compared to when we moved in. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST! I rented through this company back in 2023. I would not recommend at all. While the ladies running the office were nice; they broke our contract. Our contract stated the deposit would be refunded in full within 30 days if they didn't provide a move out letter to us stating deductions. They failed to do so and would not return our deposit. In fact, they kept our whole deposit and didn't return any of it. They charged for us things such as broken blinds even though they were broken when we moved in.
