I rented through this company back in 2023. I would not recommend at all. While the ladies running the office were nice; they broke our contract. Our contract stated the deposit would be refunded in full within 30 days if they didn't provide a move out letter to us stating deductions. They failed to do so and would not return our deposit. In fact, they kept our whole deposit and didn't return any of it. They charged for us things such as broken blinds even though they were broken when we moved in. pathetic excuse of an HOA service.
Never responded to emails. Never fixed anything that needed to be done with my property. Would never recommend them to anyone. If I could rate them at a zero I would.
I had an absolutely horrendous experience with this property management company, primarily due to their atrocious customer service. The management clearly lacks the ability to hire and train competent staff, as evidenced by my interaction with Andrea, whose rude demeanor and aggressive tone made it painfully clear that supporting homeowners is not a priority for them. I had a truly horrifying experience with this management company, and not in a good way. Dealing with Andreea was like being trapped in a poorly made horror film—her aggressive demeanor and lack of professionalism made me feel like I was being yelled at for no reason. The training, if it exists at all, clearly failed to instill basic customer service skills in her.
