Kyle is such a pro! Even though my house was a new build he found a few things that were done wrong and that could have left me in hot water in the long run. He was very thorough in his inspection and answered all of my questions in a way that I could easily understand. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone who needs a home inspection.
We were interested in a home that we knew that needed some work. Our realtor recommended Kyle & he came out & started the inspection. About halfway through he pulled me over to the side & asked how much we were willing to put into the house & I told him that I was aware of some issues but he then stated that he really felt like he didn't want to take our money & he thought that the house needed a lot more repairs.
