I have to give Michael, the Tech, 5 big stars. He is candid about your needs and uses common sense in your particular circumstance - and that is rare these days. If I could give him a 10, I would do that. He was marvelous!
I've struggle with sleep for decades. 4 Better Sleep has facilitated better nights of sleep for the past two years through CPAP support and supplies. Last night, I completed an in-person sleep study at their Plano location. Bobby, the sleep tech was phenomenal and walked me through the entire process, start to finish, and responded to all my questions. The sleep dynamic was a bedroom, not a hospital-like room. The actual services were fine but not a big fan of their billing practices! For example, they failed to do an authorization prior to a service that I had in February so, of course my insurance company denied. They did not actually submit the authorization until June! If you deal with them, I would suggest you get very clear on the billing beforehand and ensure that they PROPERLY handle the insurance side of things before you pay out of pocket!

My wife and I are BIG fans of technician Michael! During our first meeting to discuss my CPAP, he was super knowledgeable (including suggesting a machine that was slightly different from the planned one but much better for one of the ways I sleep), extremely patient with all my questions (even when I needed something re-explained or RE-RE-explained), and very upbeat and personable.
