The Attorney General of Kansas filed suit against 4-Auto Parts,LLC for violations of the Kansas Consumer Protection Act related to the internet sale of used automotive parts. The court granted the Attorney General's request for a temporary restraining order.
Bad place to deal with. Bought a headlamp assy from them and when we got it the plugs were cut out of it making it no good. When I contacted the about the problem they said no problem send it back and we will refund your money plus the return freight. Lies!!! It took me to for months to get less than half my money back. Bad Bad Bad. Don't use them.
They sent me a tail light which was broke and made it sound like it was my fault (not enough packaging). After a couple weeks I finally got my partial refund (for part) and no tail light. Customer service is lacking.
