4:16 is the absolute best nutrition shop in the lowcountry, in my opinion. Domonique is so positive and friendly, and her shakes and teas are delicious. I simply haven't found another location that rivals the great taste of her products. If you don't know what to order, just give Dom an idea of what flavors you like/don't like and she'll fix you right up with something you love. She hasn't disappointed me yet, and I always tell her "surprise me" for my tea! Thanks for being you, Dom.
Looking forward to my next trip back to 416 nutrition! I got a yummy pre workout energy drink that gave me the energy I needed. The staff was super friendly and helpful. My one negative comment is that they're not open late enough! Excited to try a protein shake next time I go
