These guys are the best in town. I've been to other indy shops and now drive across town for these guys to work on our Audis. No up selling, very knowledgeable, and great customer service. Highly recommended
Ive been working with Nik for the last couple of weeks trying to find parts and figuring out what works best with each type of item i want to order. Hes super professional and really helpful and i cannot thank him enough for the work he does! So glad I found 3Zero3 to perform a Manic Stage 1 tune on my 2014 MINI Countryman. The tune is fantastic fun! A little bump up in horse power and torque makes my daily drive more fun. In Sport Mode the car is very “talkative” and it just adds more fun. The work was completed on time and on budget, couldn’t be happier.

A very professional shop, from the way you are treated when you walk in until you are leaving, it's a level of customer service I've never experienced with a local automotive shop. If you aren't a customer, you should be!

EDIT: Since writing this review, Colleen reached out to me and apologized for the ordeal, very promptly and quickly. Old Review: Unfortunately I was once contacted by 3zero3 about getting some new coilovers and they told me they would get back to me in a week. I checked my email and I never got a quote or a response back after having chatted with a customer representative. (Do note my review isn't based on work I had done, it's based on the customer service I received from the establishment)
1 call and visit and my car was happy again! Awesome customer service, a beautiful shop and honest mechanics. I will be back for sure!

Amazing experience at 3zero3. I dealt with Michael, he was very professional and a pleasure to work with. I had a new exhaust installed on my BMW 3 series and could not be happier with the quality of service and product. The facility is clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend 3zero3 for any of your German car needs. I cannot say enough good things about this shop.
