I confirm, my father bought a bag from them, which was torn. They said they could fix it, but you have to pay for the shipping yourself! This is just rudeness and outright deception.

These folks are a professional lot. The customer service is impeccable. If you're thinking about purchasing a backpack look no farther than this company. If you're in Northern Utah, don't buy online go to there office instead. Meet the local company and get to know your fellow entrepreneurs. Support local business's .

First they give a guarantee, then they refuse. Direct insults from employees (Kirk) and rude behavior. Asking for money for a "lifetime guarantee".
