I love the people at this bank!
Stellhorn Crossing location: This one is always a bit slow, but today was even worse. There were two vehicles in the open lanes outside, that were there as I approached the building - still out on Stellhorn, and still there as I sat behind them for four or five minutes in the drive-through. Both vehicles were shut off, so apparently they knew they were going to be there for a while. I got tired of waiting, and found myself a parking space to go inside. That didn’t help, as there was a line all the way to the door. I stood th... read more

Used to be the best credit union with the best customer service. I have had to deal with Lizzie Bennett the last 2 times in Member support and she is the worst. Im actually switch credit unions because I'm tired of dealing with her. Her manger Cameron is no help so don't bother trying there.
