Very nice bank
Trey was who we worked with. He was flexible, personable, responsive, and informative. If you are looking for a local bank and a trustworthy representative, we highly recommend him.
I went to the Stellhorn Branch to get a medallion stamp to send in matured savings bonds. Tad and the entire staff were very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable.
Overall, I have never had any issues with 3Rivers in the entirety of banking with them. Until a recent meeting, I have always been treated with respect by everyone there in meetings and in any other situations. To start, the experience was very pleasant as I was working with Amanda, who is at the East State Blvd location. She was extremely helpful, even with having to reschedule due to illness. She reached out with more than enough notice and was very speedy in rescheduling us with someone at a similar time for the next day!... read more
always a pleasure to work with kelly..she is very knowledgeable about everything..she helps guide me with my investments..helps me navigate the confusion of trying to do the best things for my ever changing needs..been banking with 3 rivers for nearly 40yrs now..would really like to see.better rates for long term investors..just like any good employer who doesn't want to loose assets.
