Really unprofessional. I have a Notre Dame business account and asked if I could cash a check with them and the guy quickly said yes, had me fill out the shared banking slip with my account info, and proceeded to deposit the check instead of cashing it. I would have remote deposited it for faster service. Now, I am having to do the leg work of three rivers by sending the image of my check to Notre Dame myself. An absolute nightmare. I would have already had the money had I just remotely deposited it.
The experience was easy & pleasant.
Chris makes me feel Ike family every time I go in. She treats every person like a close personal friend. She’s truly the best.
