We have been members for 13 years and had great service from them. In 2024, they changed their credit card services and we weren't able to access our money on the credit card. It took months to sort out their issues with their credit cards service. We always had great interest rates on loans thru 3 Rivers, but in 2024, we bought an RV and got the highest interest ever charged by 3 Rivers. It was ridiculous. I will never ever do business with this credit union again. They were complicit in costing me over $3000 in losses on a real estate deal. Horrible communication costed us thousands of dollars.

Have been with them for 10 years. Really bad, most recently they denied a payment because the funds were withdrawn at 6 am and my check didn’t deposit until 7 am. They didn’t open until 10 am. I always feel unvalued and disrespected. The one time I took out a loan the employee lectured me on my finances. Go anywhere else unless you like being abused by your bank.
