I wouldn't recommend this credit union to anyone. I tried to do business banking with this establishment and had too many issues with this credit union to count. They created issues with my mortgage lender too, which was supposed to be a connected institution at the time. In the early days, I thought they seemed like a reputable credit union, so I helped someone close to me take out a loan. We have been members for 13 years and had great service from them. In 2024, they changed their credit card services and we weren't able to access our money on the credit card. It took months to sort out their issues with their credit cards service. We always had great interest rates on loans thru 3 Rivers, but in 2024, we bought an RV and got the highest interest ever charged by 3 Rivers. It was ridiculous. I will never ever do business with this credit union again. They were complicit in costing me over $3000 in losses on a real estate deal. Horrible communication costed us thousands of dollars.
