Had a multitude of questions about long term savings and money management and was very impressed with the entire experience. Highly recommend.
Opened a savings account, from the moment I walked in everyone was very inviting and friendly. I had a ton of questions about loans and investments and the young lady I sat with was very personable and knowledgeable. Was very impressed across the board.
While at the branch, I asked Riley if I needed to speak to a bamker about the Snapshot function not working on my phone. He said no, he would take a look. OMG! He not only solved my problem but showed me how to use the biometric log in. I am so happy!!! My account balances are accessible much quicker. Thank you, Riley! You rock!
Locked my minor out of his account and then didn’t honor the appointment they scheduled with someone who’s not even there today.
