Place is full of pansies
Totaled my jeep. Was waiting for insurance and gap to pay so I knew what my balance was. They were charging late fees and interest the whole time and then They turned me into the credit bureau for nonpayment even though they knew the situation. When I questioned. They claimed they called, email and sent letters on 4 different dates but could only provide proof of one letter sent. To which the payoff changed from that letter.
