Wonderful manager Mandy is Amazing.
This is a great location with nice spaces and a pool that's heated all year round. Mandy, the Community Coordinator is great and they do amazing resident events each month.

This is a great location with nice spaces and a pool that's heated all year round. Mandy, the Community Coordinator is great and they do great resident events. There is some expected vagrancy, but it's less than it is further downtown and a secured building. Still convenient to walk everywhere so a good balance.
