Place sucks
Set up an appointment to view an apartment for my son, and after sending a copy of my ID and answering all questions, there are no instructions re: how to self-tour at the agreed upon time. I email "Lisa" again, who says she doesn't have us scheduled. I believe "Lisa" is a robo-messenger as she won't stop messaging me asking if I'm still interested.
