This is the best Dentist office I’ve been to out of all my 15 years in Arizona. First let me talk about Mrs. Cindy at the front desk. She is absolutely phenomenal! She is the sweetest administrator and receptionist I’ve ever met in my entire life. She will literally call you, check up on you and continue to send you reminders about your appointments. Dr. Philips is an awesome dentist who really cares about his patients! Maya, the dental hygienist, is a magician with the teeth whitening they offer - I can’t believe how well my teeth whitened in just one visit! The office manager, Cindy, is so kind and pleasant to work with me on everything from scheduling appointments to making payment arrangements. The entire office has been like a second family for me - I highly recommend this office for anyone looking for a great dentist and extremely friendly staff!
This trap of a place is desperate for business and it shows. the owner’s mom is the receptionist and called me Wanting to get me in same day right around the 4th holiday. I knew something was wrong with that when she sounded desperate over the phone for business. I had to get an emergency extraction and when I got to the office everybody was super welcoming and the whole vibe of the office was very relaxing! I was able to get my tooth out with no issues and Dr Matthew was absolutely amazing!! The assistant Miah, she was a great help with everything and aftercare!! I would def recommend going there!!!
