I haven’t been to a dentist for around 30 years, because I have severe anxiety and panic attacks there since I was a kid. Dr. Phillips office did their best to make me feel safe and calm even when I almost ran away on my first visit. Both Dr. Phillips and Cindy treated me calmly and with patience until I was able to calm myself. I still feel the anxiety when I go it’s just easier to manage now. This office is now my security blanket for dentist so it’s the only dentist office I will be visiting.
I’ve been coming to Dr. Phillips at 3rd Set Smiles and have been consistently impressed. He’s the kind of dentist who actually listens, explains everything clearly, and never makes you feel rushed or pressured. The whole office feels calm and professional. The team is friendly and competent, and you can tell they genuinely care about getting the best outcome for each patient. This is the best Dentist office I’ve been to out of all my 15 years in Arizona. First let me talk about Mrs. Cindy at the front desk. She is absolutely phenomenal! She is the sweetest administrator and receptionist I’ve ever met in my entire life. She will literally call you, check up on you and continue to send you reminders about your appointments. Dr. Philips is an awesome dentist who really cares about his patients! Maya, the dental hygienist, is a magician with the teeth whitening they offer - I can’t believe how well my teeth whitened in just one visit! The office manager, Cindy, is so kind and pleasant to work with me on everything from scheduling appointments to making payment arrangements. The entire office has been like a second family for me - I highly recommend this office for anyone looking for a great dentist and extremely friendly staff!
