Company is horrible. Any company that refuses to be honest and tell you that the property you are renting from is the resort itself. The only reason this is important is understand that within a month we booked and paid for 3 weeks at a resort and had to cancel for potential medical issues. We called to cancel and were told they would work on rebooking the resort. The issue is these rooms are excess inventory that the resort owns and there is no way that they will rebook the 3 weeks that we booked when they have several othe... read more
