My wife rented a home in Orlando FL. This business is a SCAM. They entered the property on multiple occasions without any notice. When i called to discuss it, I was connected to an answering servive in another country. And was told i would be able to speak to anyone till the follownig monday. Company is horrible. Any company that refuses to be honest and tell you that the property you are renting from is the resort itself. The only reason this is important is understand that within a month we booked and paid for 3 weeks at a resort and had to cancel for potential medical issues. We called to cancel and were told they would work on rebooking the resort. The issue is these rooms are excess inventory that the resort owns and there is no way that they will rebook the 3 weeks that we booked when they have several othe... read more
