3rd Gospel responded to my text before they officially opened! My ac unit died. Since he had a big install that day and couldn’t come out right away, he took the time to walk me through many different strategies over the phone to try to get it back up and running! So gracious!
John at 3rd Gospel Heating and Cooling went above and beyond to properly diagnose and repair the issue with our A/C unit. He took the time to thoroughly examine the entire system and find the actual problem, rather than just addressing the symptoms. Although we had to wait a couple of days for a part, he offered a mobile A/C unit and came to install the new part at the end of a full work day so that we would be able to use our system.
