We got our air conditioning and heating unit installed about 4 years ago. There were a few minor issues with the install, but I would assume that this is typical with any company. We love 3rd Generation. I called because my AC unit was not working properly and they showed up the same day. The tech was professional and thorough. My system was fixed in no time. He did recommend that I potentially would need more things done in the future. But did not pressure me to do them at that time. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.
