If I could give less than 1 star I would. This company likes to collect “non refundable fees” and label like cleaning upon move out and never use them. When I first moved into my house it was dirty and the carpets were beyond disgusting. I even asked them are you gonna clean the carpets and they said they did but clearly they had not. When we moved out the same thing happened.
