Michael Davison, of 3R Remodeling, came to us as a referral from our neighbors. He remodeled their bathroom and we recognized good craftsmanship when we saw his work. We could not be more pleased with our own remodel. The bidding process was professional and thorough. And his work is the same. Michael installed a custom shower system, toilet and baseboard in our Master Bath. From start to finish Michael was professional and did an excellent job. We are extremely pleased with his work and would highly recommend him on any job. Mike did a great job remodeling our bathroom. We were impressed by his proposal which was very thorough so there were no surprise costs. Mike is easy to work with and made sure to keep us updated with the progress and time frame throughout the remodel. We have had Mike remodel both of our bathrooms now. Our upstairs bathroom was basically a complete tear out because it only had a jet tub in it when we bought our house. Mike somehow miraculously finished the job in 2 weeks all by himself. So 2 years later when we needed to remodel our downstairs bathroom we knew there was no better man then Mike for the job.
