Terrible company to deal with. Jay, one of their agents was extremely unprofessional, never answering a question and leaving us on “read” constantly. I got through their telephone once, left a message, absolutely no follow up and I’m pretty sure they started screening our calls. Talked to another agent “Jimmy” and he said he would look into it for us. Never heard back from anyone. Terrible company 3pm Real Estate Services and Jay for the lack of respect and decency towards getting back and giving updates. For a moment it felt it was a scam. We had sent several times all information them requiring and very personal documents, when we would reach out to know if he had received any info or if there was anything else missing they would never respond.
