I've been there a couple of times and the customer service is awesome. I just don't understand why the smoothies are so small and the straws are so small. I looked on the website but I could not find how many ounces are in the smoothies, but it's very tiny for the price. And then they give you the littlest straw so you're sucking really hard to get to Smoothie out of the cup. When I was walking to my car I thought to myself this is definitely a marketing strategy. Very good, expensive as expected with acai bowls. But I do love they offer a smaller size bowl!
Went in for a quick bite and the girl at the counter was giving me a bit of a hard time. She’s tall with longer brown hair. She was urging me to hurry up with my order and was very impatient and short with me, I had never been here before so I was a little overwhelmed with the menu and needed some time to figure out what I wanted. Other than that the food was excellent and I hope to come back to better service.
