Very disappointed in the service since 3N was acquired by VitalShred. We do a once a year bin to clean out files, and it is costing us double what it did in the past. We were actually billed more than 3 times the old amount, but after calling and identifying numerous errors in the invoice, we were able to bring it down some. Charges include a paper invoice fee, even though we were never given an option to receive an invoice by email. Fees and invoicing are very unclear.

Since this company was acquired by Vitalshred it has gown down hill so fast its making my head spin. No one there can answer any questions about our account and we‘ve been repeatedly hit with multiple extra fees and expenses. We have had duplicate charges that could not be resolved and just decided to pay them to avoid the hassle. the last straw was a $52 charge to pick up our empty bin when we canceled out account. I'd give them ZERO stars if I could. 3n Destruction was recently bought out by VRC. The woman they have in the office now handling the pick ups is BEYOND RUDE. Definitely has NO place in customer service. Right from the "Hi I'm calling from ...and the reason for my call is". Rude. Rude. Rude. Most definitely lost our business.

It's amazing how one person can ruin what was a great company. 3N was a great company and now that Vital Records took over it's a mess. The biggest problem is the woman in the office answering the phone. She should NOT be in customer service. We will be moving our business some place else. Google needs to add a ZERO STAR option.
