Very poor experience working with this company. Unprofessional communication, deadlines are disregarded, and they are extremely difficult to get ahold of. I would not recommend their services to anyone I know.
Marco has been a great help and I truly love the property. The only drawback is that the owner doesn't allow pets. The online portal is a lifesaver for paying fees with no hassle. I would definitely recommend 3M1S property management to family and friends looking for a quality rental.
