I am a patient in a skilled nursing facility using one of their products, the Privena Plus wound vac. On Monday I will insist that this thing be removed. Absolutely the worst customer service on the planet, bar none. The on call rep was contacted and never bothered to respond. Total disaster. Why LDS Hospital and their doctors work with this company is a complete mystery to me. This reflects upon everyone. Hold time is horrific.
