Lots of discrimination and favoritism. The supervisor Emilio is very condescending and sarcastic when speaking to you and the rest of the workers are in little cliques and groups and will start drama and go against you if they don’t like you instead of worrying about themselves and doing there work. I was falsely accused of hitting an e stop button which caused an argument . The supervisor saw it all and told me I did nothing wrong and he agreed I did the right thing by speaking up for myself.
