After renting a climate controlled unit for about 6 months I found that rats (not mice) had infested our storage unit and had chewed up out leather couch, love seat, and other furniture we had stored in the unit. It is disheartening to know that they had know about the issue and did not inform any one of the potential issue. The lady in the office was nice, however that doesn't replace the thousand of dollars in damage the rats caused.
Great place clean and owners are great too! Would use again!
