I took my car in because the AC blower stopped working and not only they had me bring the car in right away but to my surprise they didn't even charge me anything because some part was under warranty. Not even for labor, nothing! Surely they could have charged me because I didn't know about that and I totally expected to pay. We broke down in our 2003 diesel Mercedes sprinter van traveling between Austin and El Paso. They got us in the same day when all other garages I called said they couldn’t work on sprinters. They repaired our fuel pump since the new part would take too long to get in, and they replaced our water pump. They patiently explained what was happening and the reason for the repairs done.
